J.W. Branan, 81, of the 4900 block of Ninth Street East, Bradenton, was last seen driving a 1994 Chevrolet high-top F-250 conversion van. The van is white with blue stripes.

Besides Alzheimer's, Branan is on medication for a heart condition,
