CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - Ohio's asbestos legislation does not explicitly list colon cancer claims and therefore does not apply to them, while its substantive nature makes it unconstitutional to apply to a pending asbestosis claim, an appeals court held Dec. 20 (Michael R. Wagner v. Anchor Packing Co., et al., No. 05CA47, Ohio App., 4th Dist.; 2006 Ohio App. LEXIS 7050).
